By booking your appointment and paying the deposit you are accepting these terms and fully understand you are liable for full payment of the service booked by yourself and at no point will any kind of refund/credit note be issued.
By booking your appointment, and failing to attend you agree to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved, this will be debited from the pre-authorised card on your profile - without prior notice. A receipt of this payment will be sent to the provided email address on your booking profile.
Consultations & Treatment Reviews:
Consultations & Treatment Reviews will be charged at £20 if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment - please read the No Show policies for more info.
Booking Fees & Refunds:
All booking fees and payments made are non refundable.
No refunds of any kind will be issued.
When booking a course of treatment, each appointment is required to be booked on your first visit to the clinic. Any missed appointments are no refundable, and the No Show policies will come into play.

If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the amount paid upon booking, or deposit amount for the missed appointment. (100% of treatment cost will be charged to the card on file OR you will forfeit one of your course appointments)

Minors (under 16)
When booking online you understand that nobody under the age of 16 is allowed in the salon. If you arrive with a persons under 16, you will lose your appointment, and deposit; treatment booked is void, and non refundable or transferable. (Due to insurance purposes)

The code excludes personalised packages or courses, or any discounts already applied - as a discount has already been applied to these.
We do not offer refunds on deposits or any treatment received. As we are a non-surgical clinic we can not guarantee results, as stated in your consent form signed prior treatment.
We will only issue a refund in form of a voucher if treatment is unsuitable due to a contra-indications poor to treatment.
Course Bookings, Gift Vouchers & Discount Codes
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher. When a balance is redeemed, we do not extend the expiry date. Course booking codes are valid for 3 months, within this time they must be booked online using the booking code sent via email upon the time of booking. They can only be used by the persons who purchased the code and cant not be split between parties.
Amby's Beauty are unable to reissue any lost or stolen codes. Please keep this safe.
Any codes issued are strictly subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum treatment value, with no cash value - no refund option is available. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail.
The prices of the treatments will be as stated on the Website & Booking System. We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of treatments are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However if we discover an error in the price of pre booked treatment / personalised packages, the price confirmed at the time will not change.
Prices for our services may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any bookings which we have confirmed.
Payments must be made in GB Pounds Sterling only, and by one of the following payment methods unless otherwise specified.
