Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. Amby's Aesthetics values your time and strives to provide exceptional service. Late cancellations or no-shows impact our ability to serve other clients. - 48-Hour Rule If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, you agree to pay 50% of the service fee. - 24-Hour Rule If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or fail to attend, you agree to pay 100% of the service fee. This applies to all bookings, including those made online via social media, calls, or messages. By booking, you authorise us to securely store your card details, and charge applicable fees without prior notice. A receipt will be sent to the email provided in your booking profile. All booking fees paid at the time of booking are non-refundable or transferable.
